WOW!... errr... I just realized that if I click on the pics they go full size... duh... unfortunately there's no way I can blame that on PMS.

what happened to you with seroquel? i had taken it for years before i stopped it in march and then went back on it a few times over the past few months. it's actually the med that bothers me the least except makes me tired sometimes. but i only took 25 mg yesterday and when i took it regularly i used to take 75 mg a day unless i was having a manic episode and then i'd take more. i'm curious as to what other people's experiences with it are...

Hi Marlena.. Thanks for the commit on my blog.. A couple of things. Wyatt has now gained weight. He is up to 9lbs 6 oz as of last wed.. He is slowly gaining. They have him on reflux meds and its helping wonderfully..

This time I wasnt on meds at all during the pregnancy. I did really well.. I had a few up and down times but I think I did wonderfully.. They wanted to put me on prozac since its safe to breastfeed with after I had him but I declined wanting to test the waters first.. I dont have a strong track record with prozac..

With my past pregnancies. I was on zoloft and prozac at different times.. Had ups and downs.. But managed.. It was after the baby was born that I always became worse and PPD hit me extremely hard and things went down hill quickly..

About wellbutrin. It doesnt always work well for those with bipolar. Alot of doctors do not tend to acknowledge this because it works so well for so many things. It was a massive trigger for me and made me think about suicide for the first time. I was horrible horrible on it. I did alot of research and found that it has a rate of doing this to people. Those with bipolar and young adults and teenagers the most.
I went into my drs office with the information i had found. He of course was not aware of that.. He knew the rate of suicide in teenagers while on the drug but not the rest. He read my research I had printed and told me he would get back to me.. He called me 2 days later and put me back on effexor instead of wellbutrin.. That was 2/3 years ago..

thanks Ivy. glad to hear the baby is doing well and good to hear you did ok without meds. i'm sure wellbutrin is different for different people but i previously took it for about 4 years straight and did well with it. it tends to make me anxious the first couple of weeks but otherwise it's good and it doesn't set off mania the way prozac did years ago when i took it... my doctor tends to keep me on the meds that i already have tried that work for me and is wary of putting me on new ones unless there's a good reason. he said if i get pregnant and need something i would probably take prozac as it is supposed to be relatively safe...
